The owners will consider a Section 1031 exchange into either:
- Income property that is stable, net-leased and well located. Western United States is preferred. Will consider trading up or down somewhat and will assume some debt, if of reasonable terms.
- Mountain property in Colorado, with live water, meadows and trees. Maximum price of this type of property in the area of $300,000.
