The owners consist of a total of five people. Four live in the Phoenix area and one lives in Albuquerque. The Albuquerque owner is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New Mexico dealing on his own account. The partners have decided to sell, mainly due to personal interests changing over the period of ownership, which is 12 years. We are open to all reasonable offers.
